Inspired by tragedy

SeedHope has been developed in memory of our father. I shared the concept with him several years ago but due to me running a business I held back on launching the project. He was excited by us using our marketing background as a tool to share peoples testimonies to inspire others.

Sadly he passed away in a tragic road accident in the summer of 2022. A born again Christian he unselfishly used the profits of his business to provide clean drinking water to over 2m people and helped to start over 16,000 businesses in some of the worlds poorest communities.

His testimony always inspired us a family. He experienced prison, business failures and almost complete bankruptcy before putting his faith in God and launching one of the UK’s largest water cooler businesses.

I’ve always found peoples testimonies to be a powerful mechanism to inspire existing Christians but also an opportunity to share incredible experiences with people that haven’t considered God in their lives.

Our first objective is to gather inspiring testimonies and create an email newsletter to distribute to people who are struggling with life events and feel hopeless. 
Every Christian I’ve met has experienced events in their life where God has saved them from difficult scenarios and I want to create a platform to share these with people who feel helpless.

Over the next 3 months we will be collecting testimonies and dividing them into sub categories i.e. testimonies on grief, love, loneliness, suicide, near death experiences, overcoming illness, poverty and many more.

In the next 12 months we hope this newsletter will be read by thousands of people and become a useful tool to inspire people to come to faith. After this we hope we will have a large enough collection of amazing testimonies that we can publish them into a book.
